But Mr Biancardi decided that was ill advised and apologised to her. He told her: "On reflection, I believe we should have responded to you as soon as the disciplinary procedure was completed in November, but it would have been difficult to give any interim information."
This week a single mum told the Express how Air Max 95 Front the care worker allegedly abused her son, who has brain damage and cerebral palsy, while receiving respite care last August.
"As you pointed out had he had an accident you would have been informed.
She said: "There was a police investigation but my son cannot communicate. It was one worker's word against another.
A CARE worker at a town centre children's home has been sacked following a six month probe into allegations of abuse by Social Services and the police.
The man, who we are not naming, is in his fifties and worked in the special needs Langley Unit at the Cheshire County Council owned Priors Hill Centre on Kennedy Avenue.

And although Social Services have apologised to her for making errors of judgement and for not alerting her to an "incident" until the following day, she claims they have been "secretive" and have failed to answer all her questions.
Child carer sacked after abuse probe
"You are absolutely right and we were wrong not to inform you as soon as possible. Please accept my apologies for this."
They tell a much fuller and more disturbing story. They prove there was a police and internal investigation. And they inform the mother they have put forward the man's name to be registered on the Protection of Children List.
The mother claimed that the care worker was witnessed by another member of staff "abusing" her son in an office during "quiet time". Bosses were alerted and police were called in.
They said it would be "inappropriate" to comment in view of the fact the man was no longer employed by them.
The mother said: "I want people to know what has happened at Priors Hill. They just want all this to go away.
Even more shocking was the revelation that the mother was not told about the "incident" until the following day.
In one letter she is told that the matter should remain secret until the outcome of the disciplinary procedure.
She said: "If he had fallen over and smashed open his skull they would have called me no matter what time it was. As it was I didn't find out until the following day."

"Throughout this entire process I have been made to feel like I was doing something wrong. They made me feel like an alien whenever I tried to find out what was going on," she said.
In the same letter, the manager reassures the mother: "There were no concerns that the member of staff presented any risk to children prior to this incident."
"There was a decision not to prosecute. But there was an internal investigation, and he was suspended on full pay, which ultimately led to his sacking."
Mr Biancardi apologised on behalf of the home and by way of explanation wrote: "The incident happened during the evening and by the time it was resolved your son was in bed and it was thought better not to ring at that time of the evening.
The woman produced letters, written on headed Cheshire County Council paper and signed by senior manager residential services Paul Biancardi.
"I think other parents should know what is going on there so they don't put their kids in the same situation mine was in."
She is still angry about being frozen out of the process. She claims she was often reliant on police for information.
It is an additional safeguard within the Criminal Records Bureau system and it is used as a referral by employers working with children.
On January 16 Mr Biancardi wrote: "To clarify about the personnel process, the member of staff has left the service. He appealed against that and his appeal was unsuccessful.
The mother also asked why the sacked care worker took into Priors Hill a laptop and digital camera when these were provided by the home for legitimate purposes.
Last night Social Services were maintaining their silence and continually refused to confirm or deny allegations made by the woman and would not talk about possible changes in their care strategy.
